Cooking Lessons


Giving you the necessary tools to enjoy a healthier way of eating

Private cooking lessons are tailored to your individual needs and skill level.  All private lessons are provided in the comfort of your own kitchen in the Toronto area.

Sample class topics include...

Kitchen Basics: Learn health-supportive cooking techniques and menu planning.  You will discover how to create balanced meals that will leave you free of cravings.

Knife Skills: Knowing how to use a knife properly is essential to good cooking.  You will learn how to select and care for your knives while sharpening your techniques for mincing, dicing, slicing and more!

Cooking for Restricted Diets:
Have you recently been
diagnosed with diabetes, gluten or other food sensitivities, lactose intolerance, Crohn's/colitis, high cholesterol or another condition requiring you to change your diet?  Learn how to prepare meals you can enjoy without the foods you must avoid.

Vegetarian Cooking: Whether you are already a vegetarian, thinking of becoming one, or simply looking to include more vegetarian dishes in your diet, you will enjoy these classes.


Fees: Individuals or Couples - $375 (3 hour lesson)
* All food costs are included.

Group lessons and Gift Certificates are also available.
